1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Other People's Money ("Other People's Money", the "Platform") you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with all local laws.

3. Software service — not advice

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require an account and a paid subscription tier. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Subscription pricing, features, and limits may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell AI outputs at scale.
• Do not submit personal data of third parties without their consent.
• Do not rely on outputs for regulated professional work without independent verification.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and — where required — obtaining professional review of any output before acting on it. You retain responsibility for decisions made using the Platform.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its interface, strategy library, scoring methodology, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your personal or internal business use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR CAPITAL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or to protect the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
